Last updated: May 17, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website dental.warmlead.ca (the "website"), including the consult request form. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About this website

WarmLead Dental ("we", "us", "our") is the dental division of WarmLead and is operated by Smida Group Inc., based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We design and build websites for Canadian dental practices. This website describes our services and lets you request a free consult on your current site. The website is controlled and operated from the Province of Ontario, Canada, and is intended for dental practices and business owners in Canada.

No client relationship from contacting us

Submitting the consult form, requesting a free consult, or requesting a website audit does not create a client relationship between you and WarmLead Dental, and does not obligate either of us to anything beyond our handling of your inquiry.

  • Any services we provide will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both you and WarmLead Dental, setting out scope, fees, and other terms.
  • We may decline any request for services, and we do not guarantee a response within any particular time.
  • A free consult or audit is offered as a courtesy and is provided on the basis described in the disclaimers below.

Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Introduce malware, or transmit spam or other harmful or disruptive content
  • Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data from the website, or reverse-engineer any part of it
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization

We may suspend or withdraw your access to the website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms of Use.
